Depasa Marine group of companies is a multi-arm corporation which is headquartered at Zurich, Switzerland. From the headquarters all administrative and financial matters are arranged.

Depasa is part of a group of companies that has joined together for the purpose of being able to provide a full service concept.

In the Netherlands Depasa has established a cooperation with several companies, all specialists in their work fields.

One partner is specialized in shipbuilding and ship repairs. It owns a well-known shipyard located just outside of Rotterdam and two affiliated shipyards located in Eastern Europe. Besides shipbuilding/ ship repair activities, the intense cooperation of Depasa with this corporation enables real time supply of marine spare parts.

For the purpose of being able to provide skilled employees, Depasa has joined forces with a Dutch corporation located in Rotterdam, which is specialized in the selection/provision of marine labour forces. With over a decade of experience in this branch, the cooperation between Depasa and this company ensures possibilities to supply well-trained, skilled employees for all of the clients of Depasa.

For the purpose of being able to arrange all kinds of logistic services (towage and other forms of transport) Depasa has joined together with a third player in the Netherlands. Again this involves a well-known company which has already been operating in this branch for many years. This company also is a serious player in the dredging industry, which enables Depasa to deliver dredging services on request.

A fully operational office of Depasa is located in Abuja in order to be able to coordinate all local activities in the most efficient matter. Local operational bases are established in Lagos and Port Harcourt.
